Important Policy Information
Travel Policy:
Travel fee for mobile services is an additional $50 paid in advance as deposit (within 25 miles - added on to service Total) bookings depend on location and availability. Please message us to book travel appointments. Email address is listed below.
All supplies needed for services will be provided by Loced & Layed unless discussed otherwise prior to appointment.
Late Policy:
If you are more than 15 mins late without notice, your appointment is subjected to be cancelled and $10 will be added to the total service cost.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation/Reschedule:
A 24 hour notice is required for both rescheduling & canceling to prevent loss of deposit. Cancellations or Rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $25 fee.
No-Show Policy:
No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of $25. REPEAT NO SHOWS WILL BE PROHIBITED FROM FUTURE BOOKINGS.
Extra Guests:
No extra guest or visitors that are not serviced. This does include children unless you have contacted us prior to your appointment.
After Hours:
Service outside of business hours will cost an additional fee of $35 added to the price of service. Please message us to book an after hours appointment. Email is listed below.
